Someone who has been wrongfully convicted and imprisoned knows better than anyone the imperfections in our judicial system. Since their exoneration and release, our panelists have worked tirelessly to address some of those problems. Each has chosen a different way to improve the system and help others who have been wrongfully convicted and imprisoned. They will describe what they're doing and how it addresses problems in our judicial system. They also will share their insights into what it takes to get a project started and keep it going. This session is for exonerees who are planning to get involved and want to know how to get started. It's also for exonerees who have already started working to fix the system and want to share their stories or get advice from others who may be further along in the process.
